Shipping Policy
Delivery and collection
We aim to process and ship your order within one business day. Orders placed before 4:30 PM on weekdays will be processed and prepared for shipment that same day via GLS or DHL. They will handle the rest of the order processing. You will also receive a tracking code by email.
You can also contact us directly with questions about your shipment by phone at +32 51 49 01 69 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What if my product is out of stock?
It's always possible that a product is out of stock. This will be automatically indicated on our website. Even if you purchase a pre-assembled kit, please allow an additional 24 hours for processing.
Can I come and pick up the goods?
Yes, that is of course possible. You are welcome to visit us from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Please check our website for all pick-up points in Belgium and the Netherlands.
14-day return policy.
Not satisfied with your order? You have a 14-day cooling-off period. We'll refund your money as soon as possible. See our returns policy for the procedure.
