Which products are included in our installation service? Our installation service is available for all infrared panels, heat bars, convectors, and thermostats from Warmteshop. The standard installation includes a thermostat combined with RF surface-mounted receivers, but other connection options such as built-in thermostats or smart thermostats are also possible, provided a connection point is available. Note: Different rates apply for underfloor heating; please contact us for more information. What does our installation service include? Mounting the infrared panel or convector to the ceiling or wall; Connecting the panel to an existing thermostat, smart switch, built-in thermostat, or RF receiver. Neatly concealing the wiring in a cable duct; Connecting and setting the thermostat (and/or receiver) according to the desired program; Conditions for the installation service. Our service offers a complete solution for the installation of your infrared panels and convectors at a fixed price. There are a few rules you must meet to use our service: A power point (central box, flush-mounted box, or socket) must be available within 200 cm of the installation location. This power point must be connected to the 230-volt domestic electrical system. For a flush-mounted thermostat, both the 230-volt connection and the connection to the panel must be available. The work area must be freely accessible. We ask that you remove any lamps beforehand and move any furniture aside if necessary. For a Wi-Fi thermostat, a 2.4 GHz network must be available. Have your login details and your phone ready for connecting the thermostat. In exceptional situations, such as: Running additional wiring to the panel or switch; Greater distance than 200 cm from the power point; An estimate of the additional work will be made in advance based on photos. Any additional work will be discussed in advance as much as possible to avoid surprises. The cost is €17.50 per quarter hour, plus any material costs. How do you purchase the installation service? At the top of the product, you can select the number of panels to be installed. Any additional work will be settled on-site with the installer (via Bancontact) after completion of the work. The service is only valid in combination with infrared panels, convectors, and thermostats from Warmteshop. Always ensure a safe working environment for the installer. Our installers will not make any adjustments to the meter box. Ensure the correct power connections are available in advance. The installers will have standard white cable ducts with them. We ask you to provide your own for other colors. The installers will be happy to install these cable ducts for you. Your information will be shared with our partner, Zo Veilig, to schedule an appointment. It will only be used to contact you. To cancel an appointment or return products, please contact our customer service. You can reschedule your appointment for disassembly. The installation service itself is not covered by the right of withdrawal. If installation cannot be carried out due to a lack of proper conditions, a call-out fee will be charged. If no one is home at the agreed time, a €89.00 charge will be applied.
