Have your infrared panels, heat strips, or convectors installed quickly and easily by our certified professionals. With our service, you get a fixed price upfront, so you know exactly what to expect. Our technicians will install the panel or convector in the desired location, connect it to the power supply, and set the thermostat, so everything works right away.
Which products are included in our installation service?
Our installation service is available for all infrared panels, heat bars, convectors, and thermostats from Warmteshop. The standard installation includes a thermostat combined with surface-mounted RF receivers, but other connection options such as built-in thermostats or smart thermostats are also possible, provided a connection point is available.

What does our installation service include?
- Mounting the infrared panel or convector to the ceiling or wall;
- Connecting the panel to an existing thermostat, smart switch, built-in thermostat or RF receiver.
- Neatly concealing cabling in a cable duct;
- Pairing and setting the thermostat (and/or receiver) according to the desired program;
Terms and conditions for the installation service
Our service offers a complete solution for installing your infrared panels and convectors at a fixed price. There are a few rules you must follow to use our service:
- A power point (central box, flush-mounted box or socket) must be available within 200 cm of the installation location.
- This power point must be connected to the 230-volt domestic electrical system. For a built-in thermostat, both the 230-volt connection and the connection to the panel must be available.
- The workspace must be freely accessible. We ask that you remove any lamps beforehand and move any furniture aside if necessary.
- A Wi-Fi thermostat requires a 2.4 GHz network. Have your login details and phone ready to pair the thermostat.
In unusual situations, such as:
- Running additional wiring to the panel or switch;
- Greater distance than 200 cm from the power point;
An estimate of the additional work will be made in advance based on photos. Any additional work will be discussed in advance as much as possible to avoid surprises. The cost is €17.50 per quarter, plus any material costs.
How do you purchase the installation service?
At the top of the product page, you can select how many panels need to be installed. Any additional work will be settled on-site with the installer (via Bancontact) after completion of the work.
Important additional information
- The installation service is available throughout Belgium and the southern Netherlands. Installation throughout the Netherlands is available for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service for more information.
- The service is only valid in combination with infrared panels, convectors and thermostats from Warmteshop.
- Always ensure a safe working environment for the technician.
- Our technicians do not make any adjustments to the meter box. Please ensure the correct power connections are available beforehand.
- The installers will have standard white cable ducts with them. Please provide your own cable ducts for other colors. The installers will be happy to install these for you.
- Your information will be shared with our partner, Zo Veilig, to schedule an appointment. It will only be used to contact you.
- If you cancel an appointment or return products, please contact our customer service. You can reschedule your appointment for disassembly. The installation service itself is not covered by your right of withdrawal.
If installation cannot be carried out due to a lack of proper conditions, a call-out fee will be charged. If no one is home at the agreed-upon time, a €89.00 charge will be applied.
