With our service you receive a fixed price in advance, so you know exactly where you stand. Our technicians hang the panel or convector at the desired location, connect it to the power supply and set the thermostat, so that everything functions immediately. Which products are included in our installation service? Our installation service is available for all infrared panels, heat bars, convectors and thermostats from the Warmteshop. The standard installation includes a thermostat in combination with RF surface-mounted receivers, but other connection options such as built-in thermostats or smart thermostats are also possible, provided a connection point is available. Please note: Different rates apply for underfloor heating, please contact us. What does our installation service entail? Mounting the infrared panel or convector on the ceiling or wall; Connection of the panel to an existing thermostat, smart switch, built-in thermostat or RF receiver. Neatly concealing the cabling in a cable duct; Connecting and setting the thermostat (and/or receiver) according to the desired program; Conditions for the installation service Our service offers a complete solution for the installation of your infrared panels and convectors at a fixed price. There are a few rules that you must comply with in order to use our service: A power point (central box, flush-mounted box or socket) must be available less than 200 cm from the installation location. This power point must be connected to the 230 volt domestic installation. For a built-in thermostat, both the 230 volt connection and the connection to the panel must be available. The workplace must be freely accessible. We ask you to remove any lamps in advance and to put furniture aside if necessary. A 2.4 GHz network must be available for a WiFi thermostat. Have the login details and your telephone at hand to connect the thermostat. In unusual situations, such as: Pulling extra wiring to the panel or switch; Greater distance than 200 cm from the power point; An estimate is made in advance of the additional work based on photos. Any additional work will be coordinated in advance as much as possible to avoid surprises. The costs for this are € 17.50 per 15 minutes, plus any material costs. How do you purchase the installation service? At the top of the product you can select how many panels need to be installed. Any additional work will be settled on site with the technician (via Bancontact), after completion of the work. Important additional information The installation service is available throughout Belgium and the south of the Netherlands. Installation throughout the Netherlands is possible at an additional cost, please contact our customer service. The service only applies in combination with infrared panels, convectors and thermostats from the Warmteshop. Always ensure a safe working environment for the technician. Our technicians do not make any adjustments to the meter cupboard. Make sure that the correct power connections are available in advance. The installers carry cable ducts in white as standard. We ask you to take care of other colors yourself. The installers will be happy to install these cable ducts for you. Your data will be shared with our partner Zo Veilig to make an appointment. They are only used to contact you. If you cancel an appointment or return products, please contact our customer service. You can make a new appointment for disassembly. The installation service itself is not covered by the right of withdrawal. If the installation cannot be carried out due to the lack of correct conditions, call-out costs will be charged. If no one is home at the agreed time, €89.00 will be charged.
